While there is no guaranteed rate of return on any mortgage investment we use the following guidelines to give our investors an idea of Loan to value (LTV) and their respective yields. Please keep in mind there are always exceptions to these guidelines and every mortgage investment we present to our investors is done on a case by case basis.
We fund a wide variety of mortgages on varying property types for an array of clientele. We propose mortgages to our investors based on our annual (or quarterly) consultations to ensure we are meeting their needs and getting the yields they desire.
