Mortgage applications for Turnedaway.ca’s Conventional and Non-Conventional programs can be submitted via email to: deals@turnedaway.ca. To obtain a commitment, we require a copy of the application, mortgage summary, credit bureau and a copy of the appraisal if you have one (please see our approved appraiser list).
Our underwriters are also available to answer any questions you may have regarding deals and can be reached toll-free 1-855-668-3074. All submissions will be acknowledged within 24 business hours and commitments are generally produced within 24-48 hours of receiving all of the aforementioned documentation.
